Consumer Complaint: Upon pulling my credit I noticed Financial Data Systems had reported debt to all three credit bureaus. I sent a debt validation request on XX/XX/18 which they never responded and sent a second letter on XX/XX/18 requesting that they stop reporting this debt due to failure to validate within 30 days required by the FDCPA. They continued so I filed complaints with the XXXX, CFPB and FTC and they proceeded to call my phones. I never recieved phone calls prior to my complaints with the mentioned agencies. Financial Data Systems has started calling my phone leaving messages offering a pay to delete the accounts. I will NOT pay to delete accounts that they will not furnish proof of. As of XX/XX/18 I have mailed them a certified cease and desist order to end further calls to my home and cell phones. The following are dates where FDS has called and left messages from phone number XXXX : XX/XX/18 @ XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/18 @ XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/18 @ XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/18 @ XXXX. This company has refused to provide debt validation and therefore has no reason to continously call my phones. Until there is proof of debt there is no need to converse via phone.
