They promised they would work to solve our mortgage issue. In less than 2 weeks we were denied by a third party they had given the information to. WHen I asked them for their license to do business in COlorado I was cut off. If they are not licensed in CO they cannot collect money up front I wish I had known this before I fell for this scam

They are in business again. They are called “Home Preservation” now and working in Garden Grove, CA but say they are calling from Wyoming. Jennifer McCool and Darren Brown are scamming so many people to do a “restructure” of their loan.
DRLS, LLC is a scam (Jennifer McCool & Mike Ruggles). They took $5300.00 from me and did nothing. You are better off hiring a licensed attorney. Stay clear of this company!!!

This Company helped me stay in my home. Shaw Thomas at DRLS LLC was awesome. He informed me about my situation and what to expect during my foreclosure with my lender Wells Fargo. I was able to stay in my home for a few more months. I hope he can help me with a Mortgage Restructure, something that is more affordable, I continue to keep my faith with this situation. Alicia, Yes I agree with you about the gentleman who helped you. However, If he was smart he would see that DRLS,LLC and DRLS Solutions is the last place someone of that caliber should be working. DRLS, LLC changed there name to DRLS Solutions. The owner is a scam artist. Complete bitch. I would love to see him in a dark alley toe to toe. Just him and I. Hey Darren, Stand down Bitch!!!
