Consumer Complaint: this company is calling nonstop. they call at least 8 times a day. I have never used this company have told them to send me information to validate this debt.i am an XXXX veteran on social security income. this company, is relentless in their debt collection methods, I feel as if I need to contact the attorney general of Florida. they have reported this on my credit report, in a negative light, they sent letters stating I owe, and to pay. on my credit report XXXX XXXX states CHARGE OFF FOR A LEASE, THEN IT SHOWS 90 DAYS LATE IN XX/XX/XXXX, 60 DAYS LATE IN XX/XX/XXXX, AND 30 DAYS LATE IN XX/XX/XXXX, AS WELL AS THE COMPANY WHICH IS N.A.R THAT IS CALLING ME DAILY, IS NOT THE COMPANY FOR WHICH THE DEBT ORIGANATED. I AM ASKING THEM TO DELETE, AND REMOVE THIS FROM MY CREDIT REPORT, TO STOP THE HARASSSING PHONE CALLS. AS I HAVE NEVER SIGNED ANY DOCUMETS, HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE OR WHY THEY ARE CONTACTING ME, I INFORMED THEM THE FIRST CALL THAT UNDER FEDERAL LAW THEY HAD ONE TIME TO NOTIFY ME OF A DEBT AND TO NOT CALL AGAIN.
