Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/2018 Phoenix Financial Services inserted a medical account representing XXXX XXXX XXXX onto my credit file. This alleged account in the amount of XXXX is a result of identity theft and does not belong to me. Not only did Phoenix Financial insert this account they did not give me my right to dispute the validity of this account nor did they give me notice that they were inserting this account into my credit file. this account is damaging my credit file and it is not my account. Also this states it is medical I have did not business with XXXX XXXX emergency nor have I did business with Phoenix Financial, therefore, I have no obligations to pay either. Also being that this look as though it is a medical account I have never given either company rights to share any medical information, therefore, they would also be in violation of HIPPA. This account is indeed a result of identity theft and does not belong to me.
