Consumer Complaint: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, I need your help and would like to sign up as a part of the law suit against Navient Corporation for deceitful and illegal practices.

My loans ( Federal student ) were originally with XXXX XXXX, then Navient servicing took over. Payment amounts were automatically increased and I spoke with representatives and requested a lower payment several times. They refused to accept an affordable payment.
I am an XXXX who graduated and have been working in the XXXX field for over twenty years now. The original amount of loans were {$25000.00} ( twenty five thousand dollars ) and I believe that Navient has now increased this amount trifold. I can not afford to pay the amount that Navient is insisting as a monthly payment of {$1600.00} ( one thousand six hundred dollars ).
I have pleaded with them and they are not willing to try and help me get into other payment plans. They have said that I do not qualify for any plans, yet I continue to work for a XXXX XXXX XXXX, in California.
I am pleading with your agency as I am a victim of fraud and deception by Navient Corporation. They have ruined my credit and my ability to qualify for a loan forgiveness or any reasonable program that is available to me. I am in your mercy and pray that you will hear my plea. Please help me. Thank you for your time, Respectfully, an XXXX who works with XXXX who strives to make a difference in their lives.
