Consumer Complaint: On multiple occasions I have contacted Navient requesting to get my student loans lowered and get my brother off as my co-signer. Each time I speak with someone I am told something different and that they can’t do anything for me. They will not lower my student loans because they base my payment off of mine and my brothers income which is unfair. I need to know how if what their doing to me is legal, not allowing me to dismiss my brother from MY loan as a cosigner and not letting me use the programs offered for payment plans, something doesn’t match up.
