Question:
Dear Steve,
I am currently looking at consolidating my payday loans into one payment and have been looking at loan consolidation companies.
Is mypaydayloanrelief.com legitimate?
Jason
Answer:
Dear Jason,
These kinds of questions are always really tough because I don’t know what “legitimate” means to you or the next person.
I would recommend that anyone considering using such a company should read the following free guides.

Doing a little bit of research here is what I can tell you.
My Payday Loan Relief
The domain mypaydayloanrelief.com has hidden ownership.
The site mypaydayloanrelief.com, at the bottom of the site, it says “My Payday Loan Relief Does Not Provide Loans of Any Type.”

The website also says their address is 4046 N. Goldenrod Rd Ste 262, Winterpark, FL 32792. This appears to be a UPS mail drop and the same address is used by a company named Consumer Conceptz & Marketing which is also known as My Payday Loan Relief. – Source
According to the State of Florida, My Payday Loan Relief was previously issued to Consumer Conceptz & Marketing as a fictitious name to do business under. That authorization expired on 12-31-2018 and is expired.
According to the latest filings with the State of Florida, Consumer Conceptz & Marketing says they are actually located at 6931 University Blvd, Winter Park, FL. – Source
One website says the Chief Financial Officer of Consumer Conceptz & Marketing, Eric Holden, is also the president of Consumer Debt Concepts. – Source
It sounds as if the company operating under the expired business name of My Payday Loan Relief is primarily a lead generator since they say they don’t make loans. They would either have to pass you off to another company or sell you a debt relief service that was not loan related.
