A great reader has sent in a mailer they received from Pine Advisors. The mailer, shown below, says “You have been pre-approved for a Debt Consolidation Loan of up to $50,500.” It also says, “All you need to do is call Pine Advisors at [ ] today to get started.”
But here is the kicker, Pine Advisors, like Barron Advisors, is actually not a lender. And how do I know this? They say it themselves.
“Pine Advisors is not a lender in any transaction and does not make loans, loan commitments, or lock rates.” – Source
They also say “Pine Advisors is a paid marketing lead generator.”
Rather than go over the same issues again, read my post on Barron Advisors or other similar mailers coming out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
