Litigation Practice Group Tells Me I’m Not Eligible for a Refund

Question:

Dear Steve,

I have been paying Litigation Practice Group $283 for 17 months for debt relief! I was told that my debt would be relieved in 18 to 24 months!

After watching my credit deteriorate, I decided to pay off my creditors and cancel my agreement with Litigation Practice Group!

They told me I was not eligible for a refund of the money I paid to them! They did nothing for me, other than to send me a text each month telling me they were going to debit my account for payment!

I never received any progress report on how my case was proceeding, and I never received any proof that they had even negotiated with my creditors in question!

LPG Told me that I was not eligible for a refund! How can I get my money returned to me? Thank you

John

Answer:

Dear John,

You should read this guide of mine and think about implementing a structured and escalating approach to seeking a mutually agreeable divorce from LPG.

Sincerely,

  1. My first payment is November 3rd with LPG law….after reading the reviews better now I’m scared. Should I notify my bank to do a stop payment. Please what should I do?

  2. There are at least 2 class action suits pending against Litigation Practice Group. One in Georgia and one in Mississippi. I am leave counsel for the Georgia litigation.
