Question:
Dear Steve,
I have been paying Litigation Practice Group $283 for 17 months for debt relief! I was told that my debt would be relieved in 18 to 24 months!
After watching my credit deteriorate, I decided to pay off my creditors and cancel my agreement with Litigation Practice Group!
They told me I was not eligible for a refund of the money I paid to them! They did nothing for me, other than to send me a text each month telling me they were going to debit my account for payment!
I never received any progress report on how my case was proceeding, and I never received any proof that they had even negotiated with my creditors in question!
LPG Told me that I was not eligible for a refund! How can I get my money returned to me? Thank you
John

My first payment is November 3rd with LPG law….after reading the reviews better now I’m scared. Should I notify my bank to do a stop payment. Please what should I do?
The only one that can tell you what to do is you.
As with any company, you should evaluate the company and promises independent of what a salesperson tried to sell you. Who do you want making choices for you, the salesperson or yourself? If you then decide LPG is the right company for you, great. If not, you will feel comfortable with that decision.

There are at least 2 class action suits pending against Litigation Practice Group. One in Georgia and one in Mississippi. I am leave counsel for the Georgia litigation.
I’m a Georgia resident that has been scammed as well and the LPG law group has refused to give me a refund as well. What can I do? How do I keep track of the class action lawsuit in Georgia and make sure I’m included in the class. I just want my money back. They did nothing for me. Thanks
