I Got 6 Payday Loans While in a Debt Management Program. – Scott

“Dear Steve,

i entered a debt management plan about 9 months ago, however i have taken out a further 6 payday loans since, which i am struggluing to pay back, what are my options? my debt os over 15k, should i have been able to take out these loans when in a debt management plan?

Dear Scott,

Well the need for the payday loans tells me the debt management program wasn’t working for you and left you in a situation where it was obviously unaffordable.

You need to seriously consider bankruptcy and get yourself back in a situation where you actually have a chance at a fresh start. Click here to find a local bankruptcy attorney you like and go talk to them.

i tried a debt consolidation company called relief llc and they almost scammed me said they would not do anything until month 3 once i gave them almost a 1000 dollars by them that will just be interest fees anyway.

i tried a debt management company where i could control my saving and what my lenders will receive as payment and i set my own budget to pay on my terms
they verified my lenders and sent out all the formal complaints to dispute my debt and valid legit lenders

try they have no monthly fees and i started with a partial payment
