My Car Has Been in the Garage for Six Years Because of Safe Auto Insurance

Hi, I have a judgement against safe data in the amount of $7,500.00 for over 3 yrs and have went through many channels to try to get my money, but to no avail. Please provide me with some assistance.

Safe Auto I have a 2000 Jaguar I bought from Richmond Ca. for $27,500 cash. I purchased car in 2004 also purchased extended warranty w/safe auto insurance. Transmission went out immediately and safe data would not pay. My car has been in my garage every since. Need to know what to do. I have been to Redding Ca and filed my papers so many times with the Sheriff’s dept but I still have not heard anything.
