TFC Warns Customers About Darren Peck, Mark Serebrin & Philip Manger

The Fulfillment Center appears to have an issue with some former marketing representatives who are opening a credit repair company. The infringing company is alleged to be called TFC West and soon to be changed to Safe Haven Credit.

I’m curious if Philip Manger is the same Philip Manger that was mixed up in CCDN mess.

  1. Here’s a link to a Class Action Suit that was filed against CCDN, Phil Manger and it also lists Beacon Consulting Services (BCS). After this was filed, they changed their name to TFC.

  2. It is the same Phil Manger. He was selling the TFC program when it was called BCS:America, back in his old CCDN days.
The program is a stinker. Does not work at ALL. I used it a few years ago and tried for over 24 months to remove several negative items. Never worked and I followed it to a “T”.

  3. Just to be clear, you were charged in advance for services to remove negative credit from your credit report?

  4. This company called me and said they were working with Financial Hope for America. The lady who wrote this letter, Jennifer Johnson, was the one who tried to get me to buy their credit repair program. When I asked Don Brokaw (the owner of Financial Hope for America) about how this woman got my number, he said it was a program they endorsed and that even he was enrolled in it!! I asked for referrals of other clients who had seen success; No surprise, I never got any. Its amazing how all of these scam artists ban together to take advantage of someone whose fallen on hard times.

  6. I am a provious customer of TFCWest who paid $600 for a service not rendered I did not receive any removal of negative credit or repairs nor experienced the expeditious customer service they promised would take place. I sent an email to Mark Serebrin of the Fullfillment Center because he’s the person I sent the money to and he passed it on to the BBB. Then I received a response from Bruce Mckinnis who Mark claimed was his previous employer he explained that I would not be receiving any refund so I’m taking the case to the attorney general office and let them do their investigation.

  7. Has anybody checked out TFC? Forget about TFC West. TFC West was promoting the credit repair services of TFC and the customers who paid $600 to TFC to get all of their negative items removed from their credit reports were not getting any of their negatives removed like they claim they can do on their website. How you go and print a negative article on TFC West and not mention anything about TFC’s inability to do what they claim they can do and who are the ones getting the $600 from the consumers.

        • What they do now is charge you for an ebook, then offer the credit repair for free. This way it looks like you bought a DIY course, so when their letter don’t work, too bad.

  9. I find it likely that the Safe Haven Manger is the same CCDN Manger.
Things did not go well for many CCDN clients with Manger at the helm.
