“Dear Steve,
I joined with Lloyd Ward & Associates, Texas, to condense my credit cards debt. I have been making payments to them every month and they were supposed to pay my credit cards. Instead they have done nothing and the companies have been bothering me night and day. Now I am trying to Lloyd Ward to return all the money that I have paid them. I have reported the incident to the Attorney General of Texas and the BBB Texas. Lloyd Ward were supposed to get back to me but they have been avoiding my calls. What do I do now?
How do I get my money back from Lloyd Ward & Associates, Texas
Violette”
Dear Violette,
Just follow this guide I wrote.
It is important that you follow all the steps outlined. Just do it with purpose and conviction. There is no need to be nasty or inflamed. Just be firm and document the process as you go. People that follow this process have reported good results.
Since the agreement you forwarded to me is for a law firm, if you are not satisfied with the services the law firm provided, don’t miss the step about complaining to the State Bar.
Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.

You are not alone. I'm here to help. There is no need to suffer in silence. We can get through this. Tomorrow can be better than today. Don't give up.

“they did nothing for me and creditors are calling” —> This usually means the person doesn’t get the program. Of course they’re going to call you. Why would they easily lay down and accept a settlement when they can attempt to collect in full? Looks like it’s working to me. 2nd, if you aren’t in month 4-6 yet in the program, you need to be more patient. Far too many people want results quick.
The fact that the company responded quickly means you need to communicate with the company more often to ensure your educated. It’s YOU vs. The Creditor. I don’t know this company, but if he’s on these boards and saw this comment this quick, they care.
