After Elizabeth Warren stepped down from leading the CFPB, there was an assumption she would be heading back to Harvard University to continue the good work she was doing before to help protect consumers.
According to CNN, a Warren campaign advisor has confirmed that tomorrow, Warren will announce her candidacy for the U.S. Senate for a seat from Massachusetts.
“The pressures on middle class families are worse than ever, but it is the big corporations that get their way in Washington,” said Warren. “I want to change that. I will work my heart out to earn the trust of the people of Massachusetts.”
