We were told we would be getting a loan modification on the first and second loan we had with B of A. They promised principal reduction on the first and elimination of the second loan.
We spent four hours on the phone, talking to people who represented the company and said they were a lawyer and a legal aide.
We sent them $5300.00 which was to cover it all.
