I, like many others, purchased a Barnes and Noble gift card in Dec., 2011. I never received. Again, like many others, I tried to call the numbers and emailed through email addresses found throughout their site, but never received a response.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried to contact the company several times and then I filed a complaint with the BBB. BBB responded by saying they, too, could not get in touch with the company.
