Consumer Statement:

I was contacted by the Citizen Financial Group 40 North Central Ave. Phoenix, Az. They claimed that they will get me a 50% guaranteed to reduce my mortgage, or money back. I did not get my 50% mortgage reduction, and neither my money back.

I paid $2700 for the service and now I am not only short on my money I am also back up in my mortgage.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have called several times, e-mail them, fax them. All of the numbers and addresses have been cancelled. I believe this is a company they subscribe with one name , scam thousands of people then they move to another address.

  1. Had the same situation – James Sutherland was the same person that contacted me as well to start the process.  Now out $2500 with no refund although I was promised one by the second week of February 2012.
