I was told I had joined a class action lawsuit against Midland Funding LLC. As I check some of the websites I believe that I am getting hounded not only by Midland Funding but also some of its partner companies MCM etc.

I received a judgment from Midland Funding LLC. I then got an email to join a lawsuit class action and have not heard anything. Now Midland Funding is trying to find my bank accounts. I am trying to find the firm doing the class action lawsuit.

I am on Disability and having numerous letters from firms just like Midland Funding trying to collect out-dated debts. I have denied all debts the collection agency never gives me proof but still sends letters. I am legally deaf so I as all contact to be via written documents but I know I am getting phone calls. These collections are messing up my credit reports and score.

The court only has a phone number to contact Midland Funding LLC but I don’t have that number.

Consumer Action Taken:

I am trying to find this class action as I am still getting attempts from midland funding LLC attorneys to collect a fraudulant lawsuit.
