Will Check ‘n Go Help me Out on Repayment? – Jovan

“Dear Steve,

I have 3 remaining payments to payoff my installment loan at ChecknGo. I need to suspend the July 1st payment and pay on the 15th instead. This is the first time i ned o make this request. I read horrile things about this scenario from various online forums.

What is the likelihood that Check n Go will accommodate my request in CA? Thank you

Dear Jovan,

The best approach is to go to them in person and explain to them your income and expense situation and what you plan is to repay the debt. They have some latitude and convincing them you have a reasonable approach to dealing with this will go a long way towards a positive response.

They may charge you a fee for doing this but that seems reasonable as well.
