Debt Validation of America – Consumer Complaint – December 4, 2012

Consumer Statement:

Debt Validation of America in Shelbyville, KY took all my money that I had paid for a total $530.46 for about 30 months. They took my money that I had in my escrow account plus lawyer fee. Now, they will not talk to me or help me. Debt Validayion of America is a rip off and I need to file a law suit against them.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have called almost everyday. I have sent e-mail also a certified letter still no reply. I even tried the company The Firm in which they handle some of the Debt of American cleints. But they claim they had nothing to do with the Escrow Account. When I contact them The Firm wrote a nasty letter threat to sue me.
