I have been getting calls from mypaydayrelief.com and was almost ready to begin the process for allowing them to help me but after reading all your info i am glad i did not fall for this scam.
i have 4 pay day loans whom will want money effective friday the 1st of Feb
i need a company a reliable on in the next day or so to get my ball rolling.
another company i have been communicating with is Kala Services, have you ever heard of them?
The advice I have for you applies to MyPayDayRelief, Kala Services or any third party debt relief company.
Third party companies have no power or control over any creditor. The only one that has the power of law behind them is a bankruptcy attorney.
If you are prepared to pay an outside company money in advance for services, you are probably not going to be happy with the results.
If the company is willing to charge you once they have delivered the result promised then you will be happier.
But dealing with one creditor does not stop the rest from pursuing you at the same time. It also does not prevent any creditor from suing you, going for a judgment or garnishing your wages.
I would recommend that anyone considering using such a company should read the following fee guides.
