Consumer Statement:
I was pressure into getting DirectBuy account and never used it. I paid up to a point and called to cancel the account. They cancel the account when I never used any services. Now I find that it is now on my credit report and Beta Finance never call me about anything. Transunion went I called said it was closed and I can not do anything for another 3 years.
Consumer Action Taken:
I am trying to resolve this and running into a brink wall with stone walling. I would like to clear this up from my credit report.
