Mizner Grande Law – Consumer Complaint – March 6, 2014

By on March 6, 2014
Consumer Complaint Submission

Consumer Statement:

I received a letter from Mizner Grande Law Firm in Boca Raton and the letter said I needed to call them urgently about a Legal matter.

When I did they said their research brought up my mortgage as one that fell into an amazing case and they wanted to sue my bank.

They said they never have lost this type of case because they only choose winners and that they would only charge me for the fees to process the lawsuit which was $2500 down and $900 a month for 3 months and that by then the case would be won and they would then give me a tiny mortgage amount and a tiny mortgage payment because they would win the home outright from the bank as always.

I was skeptical until they brought me to the florida bar website and showed me that HOWARD FEINMEL the owner of this firm had a perfect reputation with the florida bar and that he has never lost a case.

After months they never filed any lawsuits at all and acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when it was the only thing that was ever discussed. Getting a hold of these people is a very difficult task unless you call their sales department. I recently had a friend call and say he received a letter and they told him the exact same thing meanwhile he didn’t even receive a letter so that shows its all a complete scam.

Consumer Action Taken:

You cannot get a hold of these people and when you do they say they will get back to you and never do and there secretaries say that the money paid was used for Legal work.

I do not want this company to contact me ever again. They are a scam and I don’t wish to hear from them at all. If this gets to them I just want them to comply by sending me a detailed outline of the Legal expenses they occurred while I was there client and I want them to refund me the difference between what I paid and what the Legal work was.

One of the oldest scams around since the Real Estate crash “Give me your money upfront” and I will get you the house for nothing.
