Consumer Statement:

I have been with this company called 321 loans they got me good now I’m stuck they are not even a real company my bank verified it today this is what they been doing I thought that the money I been paying them is not going towards the creditors either way they haven’t been doing they job I got scammed big time I still been getting letters and nothing to pay off the debts that I had so now now they wont let me get out of the contract so here is how they got me annual percentage rate is 14.99% loan origination fee is 199 finance charge 1140.35 AMOUNT FINANCED IS 5200 total of payments 6539.35 either way they don’t do what they supposed to be doing and now they wont give me a refund the company 321 loans is not good at I need someone to resolve this right away thanks

I have called them today at around 10:15 SPENT TIME ON THE PHONE FOR ABOUT A HOUR TOPS THE SUPERVISOR TRIED TO ARGUE WITH ME AND GOT REAL LOUD AND RUDE AND DID COMPROMISE TO GIVE ME THE PAPERWORK TO GET ME OUT OF THE CONTRACT SO NOW IM STUCK
