Consumer Statement:

I was cold called in May 2014 and was told if I paid $1,095.00 I would qualify for 0% interest. I paid this fee to get rid of the 20+% interest I was paying on my debt. I had just been released from the hospital after a lengthy stay due to my autoimmune disease and having problems breathing the night before. I started to think that this deal did not make sense and I called them back the same day to cancel. I was unable to properly think, my arterial blood gas came back at 53%. I explained all this to them and thought it was over. I then received a “welcome package” on June 19, 2014. I called them numerous times and had 3 3-way calls with them to Capital One, my credit card Company to remove these charges…it never happened. I was charged interest on that charge as well. I have notes for every phone call I had to make. I spent hours on the phone with this company. The stress was horrible!!! At one point I was even given a date by &qu ot;Frederick” when I would receive my refund. These people are liars and thieves!!! I have not been able to call them in over a year. As my disease attacked my esophagus and I was unable to speak or eat for over a year….I was put on a feeding tube in March 2015. I tried to call them today and the number is disconnected!!! I am a victim of fraud by Intuitive Budgeting!!! Please help me!!!
