National Student Loan Assistance Center – Consumer Complaint in Massachusetts – April 28, 2016

Consumer Statement:

I’m not very happy with NSLAC. I filled out paper for a forgiveness loan with them. I gave them 400. and filled out the contract with them. We did talk about the forgiveness loan because I’m on disability. They said all set. I did speak to say in the office in 2014 they sated all set I would be hearing from someone. I have not. I have called the number 8665931004 and faxed a letter to them stating I haven’t heard from you about my student loans.

Consumer Action Taken:

Tryed calling phone out of service. Faxed a letter about what was going on with my loan forgiveness. Nothing. Tryed contacting them through there wedsite nothing.
