Consumer Complaint: I am submitting my complaint formally to resolve a situation that has been mortifying my emotional and financial stability for years, affecting my credit with incorrect information and preventing me from growing financially. Despite trying to solve it through the Credit Bureaus Dispute on multiple occasions, I have not been able to achieve it. The company XXXX XXXX reported in my credit report allegedly Late Payments from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX ( see image XXXX ). These alleged Late Payments appearing on this closed XXXX XXXX account belong to a loan that was transferred to Navient in XXXX.

The late payments that XXXX XXXX reported on my Credit Report for the last time on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, ARE INCORRECT and should not appear on my credit. I have never had late payments since by the time they accuse me of not having paid I was attending school. I contacted the company XXXX XXXX and they told me that no information of mine appears in any of their systems, however in the disputes that I submitted through the Credit Bureau their response has been that they will not make any changes. I do not understand as if they do not have information of mine in any of their systems, they continue to deny me the elimination of incorrect information in my report.

Note in the image called ” XXXX ” that XXXX XXXX reports late loan payments on the dates in which Navient was already positively reporting the same payments as it was deferred for attending the school. The document is an official certification that I was attending school in the months in which XXXX XXXX reports to my credit the supposed Late Payments.
