By a student loan assistance program. I’ve been getting billed by a company call Equitable Acceptance and I don’t even know who they are. I’ve made 6 payments (automatically deducted) and my bill has only went down $30..and they say because of their interest charges.

Consumer Action Taken:

They wouldn’t cancel and threatened to mess with my credit.
