ULG scam?

ULG contacted me over a year ago, promising a loan modification on my condo that was “underwater” and with a big % mortgage rate..After a years run around I sold it at a big loss, and no help at all from ULG. Their “help” only made me wait ,and lose more… (paying the mortgage payments each month)

Is there any way to get a refund ($3000.) up front legal fee for services never done and financial papers never returned?
