  2. If you have funds in an account with NoteWorld then Payless Debt doesnt have your funds. a NoteWorld accounts belong to you and the funds in it are yours. Payless Debt helped me a ton. It was rtough at first untill they were able to show me it was illegal payday loan companies that were the issue. I had over $4000 in Payday loans and was paying almost $1000 a month in fees. After all my Debts were cleared I still had $1300 left in my NoteWorld account.

  5. WATCH OUT! If you still have money in that trust account they set up for you get it out NOW!!! They’re shutting down for numerous different reasons. Overall the company itself and the “Director” is SHADY!!!

  7. I agree, Payless Debt talks a big talk on the phone when they want to set you up and get your money, but they take all of their money up front before they even start dealing with the other companies you owe money too, which is something they don’t tell you in the beginning. They use Noteworld which deducts the money bi-weekly but none of it goes to your debt just in their pockets. Your creditors will still harrass you, because they do not send out formal letters they only email them something (not sure if they even do that) although they say they do. A lot of these creditors will not even deal with them, meanwhile your credit is taking a big hit, and they are taking a big hit on your account and not doing their job. I have called and emailed them several times, no one returns calls, they do not email you back to tell you what they have done with your money…. if anyone else has had this company rip them off please write, I would like to sue in a class action to get my money back, as I know they have done this to many more. They are thieves preying on people already struggling and trying to pay things off. DO NOT TRUST OR HIRE THEM. They need to be stopped. They have already taken thousands from me.

    • I have been treated the same way by Pay Less Debt. I also had too many bi-weekly loans out and saw their website and decided to trust them to help me consolidate my loans so I could have a paycheck back. They have been deducting money since the first of May bi-weekly out of checking account. I have called the Pay Less Debt several times and asked what amounts have been settled and how much is being paid to my creditors. They give me a run around telling me how hard it is to work with some of the creditors but assured me they had one of them that was setteling for less. I contacted the creditor and found out they did settle with Pay Less Debt at the end of May but now Pay Less Debt has not made any payment to them so the original amount i owed has doubled and the original creditor is now turning me into collection. I decdided to call the other creditors and found out the same information. My bi-weekly money is held by a company called Meracord so I contacted Meracord and was told by Meracord they only dispurse my money where Pay Less Debt tells them to and they have not been told to pay anyone. I sent a very lenghtly email to Pay Less Debt last week demanding to know how much they have paid, who they have paid and what was the final agreed upon amount owed. This was promised to be furnished to me in the beginning of my contract. Today I still have heard nothing so I am sending yet another email because when I call them they put me on hold and they goes to voicemail but they do not return my calls. Any advice would help. I need to eat and pay my utilities. I even contacted another pay day company and they told me my credit was too bad. I never had these problems before. I should have just paid the original pay day companies.
