“Dear Steve,
Had a call from Rocky Mountain & Googled them to see if they are legit and found you!
Being a small business owner ordering $80,000.00 plus of supplies monthly with credit cards, and trying to pay them off even at 5x the monthly payment, or more; it seems we never get more than $3500.00 to $5000.00 down. We get a call from Rocky Mountain, who basically knows all our info and has this perfect plan to reduce our interest rates to get us out Of debt in 4 years vs 16. Are they, or are they not legit? I read your lawsuit synopsis; but can’t tell your simple yes or no answer from that!
Thanks!
Peg”
Dear Peggy,
I need more information. I think you are talking about Rocky Mountain Bank & Trust, which is a bank. I seriously doubt they are the ones that contacted you.
However, you may have been contacted by a debt settlement company that uses Global Client Solutions as their escrow company and that’s how you might have heard about Rocky Mountain.
Did the company that contacted you give you a website address or additional information on who is pitching you this fantabulous plan?
When it comes to settlement companies I suggest the members of the AACC that put consumers first.
Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.
