Steve sorry to bother you but I read very closley what you had to say about Avid law center. But there seems to be both good and bad reviews on the internet about this company. I am about to lose my home and they say they can help! I have gon to my Senator Cograssman, No one want to get involved with anything that has to do with the O’Bama Program which I have come to realize is only on Paper. Is this a company to get involved with? please HELP!
The sales pitch and voicemails left by the AVID representative have all the appearances of being a sales pitch designed to sell people services they may simply never get or not need.
Even if you managed to get through the first phase and then pay then the phase two installment to get into a lawsuit against your lender there is no guarantee the suit will either stop any sale or foreclosure of your home or be resolved anytime in the next few years.
If you feel compelled to move forward then please speak to a licensed real estate attorney in your state that is not associated with AVID and get a second opinion before you invest a lot of money in sales promises.
Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.
You are not alone. I'm here to help. There is no need to suffer in silence. We can get through this. Tomorrow can be better than today. Don't give up.
