Consumer Statement:

Lloyd Ward & Associates conned my 83 yr old mother into entering into ‘debt’ settlement with them. She trusted them, they started taking $292.50 out of her bank account each month (first processing with Noteworld and then changing the processing company to Global Client Solutions). 10 months later, a judgment against her, another account sent to a collection agency, they had still not started to negotiate any settlement.

She asked that they stop taking the money out of her account, and they did, but by that time her account only had $925 left in it, no negotiations had started with any of the companies she owed debt to, and she was out $2000 and by this time her credit was ruined. Run if you are approached by Lloyd Ward & Associates. They are the worst kind of crooks who prey on the elderly!

Lloyd Ward are a bunch of crooks and anyone who goes to them deserves to have their money taken. They are no good !!!!!!! they promise everything and give you nothing, they come up with more problems and expect you to handle it yourself and 9 times out of 10 they caused it but will not rectify it. this is a fact, not fiction. I made the worse mistake dealing with them and i have been paying for it for years.. run if you can…
