30.00 was taken out of my account without permission which subsequently caused an overdraft. I am out 65.00.
Consumer Action Taken:
Called Direct Funding people could barely speak english, told them to refund me the 30.00. They said it would be taken off the interest of my loan, I explained there never was a loan. I am unemployed and disabled and on a fixed income I would not apply for a payday loan. They kept trying to offer services for the 30.00 fee I told them I want no services just my 30.00 returned. I couldn’t take anymore so I hung up on them.
