How Can I Fix My Bad Credit So I Can Get a Loan? – Andy

“Dear Steve,

I let two parcels of real estate,one my home, go into foreclosure. Both had first and second mortgages. They were both worth much less than the principle amounts.

I have no debts whatsoever.

I have the downpayment and income to buy a new home but cannot get approved for a new loan because my credit score is very low. Need your advise.

If you have no residual liability or debt from the unfortunate situation with the real estate then repairing this situation is relatively straightforward and easy.
