  1. I was scammed also.  Please file your complaints with the Better Business Bureau and The Federal Trade Commission……thanks!   Let’s STOP The CLS Groupl

  2. I too was scammed.   CLS claimed they were trying to help out teachers.  I spoke with John Muli and David Niman.  Sent them a check.   They did do some conversing with my mortgage company, but after 6 weeks came back and said I should re-finance instead.  I requested my funds be returned, but have yet to hear anything back. My wife and I are now in danger of foreclosure.

  3. I was also scammed $3500. I received an e-mail from Teachers claiming they could reduce my mortgage to 2.9% for educators only. I thought it was legit because it came through my district’s web server. After I submitted my information I was put in contact with CLS. I spoke to John Muli, Lynn Cole, and David Niman. Once I was approved, I was told without the $3500 they could not proceed and I would lose the 2.9%.  I sent the check November 14, 2011 and it was cashed two days later. I called CLS several times and sent many e-mails. They have completely ignored me and if they do answer they hang up.
