This Could Explain Why Saen Higgins and His Wealth Without Risk Commercials Have Vanished

The Federal Trade Commission has just announced a massive settlement granted by the U.S. district court in their action against John Beck’s Free & Clear Real Estate System, John Alexander’s Real Estate Riches in 14 Days, and Jeff Paul’s Shortcuts to Internet Millions. Higgins appears to be tied together with this lot through the close relationship with the underlying company running the show. The court ruled the three get rick quick schemes are to pay $478 million for deceiving about a million consumers with phony claims they could easily make money using the system.

The court found that despite the marketers’ easy-money claims for the systems, which cost $39.95 each, nearly all the consumers who bought them lost money. In addition, the defendants sold personal coaching services, which cost up to $14,995, to consumers who purchased any of the three systems.

The final order signed is specifically against John Beck Amazing Profits, John Alexander, Jeff paul, Shortcuts to Millions, Mentoring of America, Family Products, John Beck, Douglas Gravink, and Gary Hewitt.

The busted Beck scam operated similarly to the Saen Higgins Wealth Without Risk program pitched consumers. The government found there was “Uncontroverted evidence establishes that Defendants, individually or collectively, misrepresented the likelihood of conswners who purchased and used the system sold by defendant Jolm Beck being able to purchase homes at government tax sales in the ir area, “free and clear” of all mortgages and liens, for “just “pennies on the dollar”; misrepresented the abi lity of consumers to earn substantial amounts of money renting or selling homes they purchase at government tax sales; and misrepresented the ability of conswners to quickly and easily earn substantial amounts of money with little financial investment.”

The owners and company behind these schemes and also that related to Saen Higgins and his Wealth Without Risk program are now permanently barred from the business.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant Douglas Gravink, Defendant Gary Hewitt, and Defendant Family Products, LLC, whether acting directly or through any other person or entity, and each such person, are permanently restrained and enjoined from engaging or participating in the production or dissemination of any infomercial, and also from assisting others engaged in the production or dissemination of any infomercial.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant Douglas Gravink, Defendant Gary Hewitt, Defendant Family Products, LLC, and Defendant Mentoring of America, LLC, whether acting directly or through any other person or entity, and each such person, are permanently restrained and enjoined from engaging or participating in telemarketing, and from assisting others engaged in telemarketing. – Source

  1. I worked directly for Gary and Doug during the height of their scam. I pleaded with them to legitimize their business by creating something of value for consumers, but they refused and wanted to continue to rip people off. I left shortly thereafter. It is no surprise they were busted the way they were. Anyone who deliberately rips off consumers the way they did deserves more than a huge fine. Stephanie, you have no effen idea what you are talking about.

  2. I walk the walk! The programs quote Nailed by the FTC are not the bad guys.. People complain about everything, it just happens that the FTC needed raises and they went after a company not harming people. I’m a success story so all you haters can shove it!
