I received an email from a tipster (send in your tips here) about some company named Prospectus Financial in Boca Raton, Florida. I was unable to locate a website for the company but I did located job postings for Debt Resolution Specialists. – Source
It is hard to interpret exactly what Prospectus Financial is offering but it sounds as if they have relationships with attorneys in states other than just Florida. “Responsible for transmittal and receipt of various e-faxes to and from enrolled clients’ creditors’ collection agencies and out of state attorneys offices.” – Source

According to State of Florida records the company is registered as a foreign company in Florida, in May 2015, but is actually located at 1621 Central Ave, Cheyene, WY. That address appears to be associated with Wyoming Registered Agent. The company was founded on May 25, 2015 and the ownership of the company is hidden.
In what might be an utter coincidence, My Enrollment Center appears to use the same Wyoming corporate agent. Small world.
