321 Loans – Consumer Review – March 23, 2016

By on March 23, 2016

Company Name: 321 Loans

Describe the Service You Received:

Helping America Group, I feel is a scam. They forward you to 321 Loans run by Jeremy Marcus.

I received a flyer in the mail and as I had a lot of debt inherited from the death of two partners within 6 years. I was with them from August 2015 until last month when after much stress, phone calls and the loss of $1,000 they dropped my account.

All they did was send letters to my creditors of which I received two back unopened. In approximately 6 months with them my credit score in fact went down and my stress went up!!

I spoke to a Supervisor about 3 weeks ago who said he would send me confirmation that my account was closed. I have received nothing to date, so don’t know what to expect next. I received a Summons last week from one of my creditors, so thank you (NOT) to 321 Loans and Helping America for your service and creating even more stress in my life by doing nothing to help my credit!!!!! (By the way the letters to creditors were in my name with no signatures on them!!!!) Also, I went to my bank and stopped payment to them.

They had set up 100 withdrawals and the last one was check #6 so the officer placed a hold on checks 7-100. They apparently knew that I had stopped payment so they sent for the money as check #5. That way they took the payment as usual from my account. Please do not trust them no matter how well they try to persuade you to let them help you, SAY NO THANKS!!!!

List the Pros About Your Experience:

I CAN’T REALLY THINK OF ANY PROS.

List the Cons About Your Experience:

CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION WAS TERRIBLE. MOST OF THE TIME YOU CANNOT REACH THEM.

EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON THE INTERNET, INCLUDING THE CONTRACT, NO PAPER COPY IN THE MAIL (EVEN ALTHOUGH i CALLED TWICE AND ASKED FOR ONE TO BE MAILED TO ME)
