Question:
Dear Steve,
I was a former student at Robert Morris University and graduated in Feb 2020 before it merge with another University, at this time I haven’t received my official diploma from Robert Morris University yet and it is really frustrating for me.
I have been calling and emailing at both institutions for my records and having no answers. I would like to know who should I call or where to communicate for this issue?

Answer:
Dear Jesse,
I think you might have gone to Robert Morris University in Chicago but I’m not sure. It does appear that Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh is still in business and they have a telephone number for transcript information. Call (412) 397-6232. They probably don’t have your transcript but might be able to provide more information.
The Robert Morris University that merged with Roosevelt University on Chicago has this page for transcript information. You might also want to look at this page for more links as well.
Let me know what you find. Post an update in the comments section below.
This worked for me:
Go to https://www.roosevelt.edu/current-students/academics/grades-transcripts/request-transcript and click on TranscriptsPlus – on one of the order pages, make sure to check the box that says “I am a previous Robert Morris student”.
Thank you for coming back to share that information.
