BOUGHT MANUFACTURED HOME WHICH WAS THEN PLACED IN A PRIVATELY OWNED SUBDIVISION. WE OWN HOUSE, NOT LAND IT I SETS ON; PAY RENT ON LAND IT SETS ON. WE HAVE A MORTGAGE, NOT AN INSTALLMENT LOAN ON THE HOME. OUR LOAN HAS BEEN SOLD 2 OR 3 TIMES. WE ARE NOT BEHIND; WE ARE NOT IN FORECLOSURE. WE LIVE IN MICHIGAN.

IS THE MORTGAGE ILLEGAL, AND ARE WE OBLIGATED TO PAY IT OFF; CAN WE RECOVER MONIES PAID ON THE MORTGAGE IF IT IS ILLEGAL.
