Is there a reputable debt settlement/negotiation company out there?? please advise – thank you

Dear Patti,

If you are living on inconsistent income and can’t afford to repay your debt then the first solution to consider would be bankruptcy.

I think this article I recently wrote will help to put it all into context. Read The Honest and Unvarnished Truth About How to Get Out of Debt.

So I would suggest two courses of action.

  1. You can click here to find a local bankruptcy attorney and if you’d like a second opinion about your situation or a personal consultation by another debt coach, please feel free to contact Damon Day.
  2. If you want to pursue debt settlement then visit one of the AACC members who have pledged to put consumers first.

Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.
