Wells Fargo Did Not Reaffirm Our Mortgage in Our Bankruptcy. – Kenneth

“Dear Steve,

Me and my wife filed bk 7 in 2011 and some how Wells Fargo didn’t get reaffirmed our second mortgage with First Tennessee did get reaffirmend.I was trying to get refinance but wells fargo wont because we didn’t reaffirm.I applied with quicken loans and after apprisal the property is only worth 81000 and I wanted to borrow 80,000 I come up 3700 short and wells Fargo wont help and still waiting on first Tennessee.

Steve I’m 65 and draw $2200ss and a small pension of 829.00 I’m thinking of moving out can they get any of me income? Filed bk7 in 2011 Wells Fargo didn’t reaffirm so I don’t think the can do anything but First Tennessee was reaffirmed could they take part of my income?? Wells Fargo I owe 54,500 First Tennessee I owe 25,500 not concerned about any credit.

Dear Kenneth,

Are you saying you did not enter into a reaffirmation agreement with Wells Fargo on your mortgage but did with your second mortgage?
