Do You Do Personal Debt Counseling to Help Me Get Out of Debt? – Gayle

“Dear Steve,

It is way too long to write about but a couple bad divorces and helping my children through college then losing my own job. Long story short, want to get out of debt.

Do you do personal debt counseling or help set up plans to get out of debt? What is the cost?

Dear Gayle,

For many years I did do personal debt counseling and even flew around the country to meet with people. But I no longer do that.

I provide all of my help and assistance for free through this site. I recently just launched a new Get Out of Debt Guy Support group and we will start having free meetings online.

You are more than welcome to register and participate.

I also hold free in-person meetings for those in the Raleigh, NC area. Again, information is here.

For people that are looking for a personal evaluation of their situation and a plan of action to best deal with their debt, I recommend Damon Day, a private debt coach who is highly skilled and his clients love him.

I wish I could do personal sessions still but my time is so limited with every thing else I do that it just isn’t possible.

Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.
