I Signed Up With Next Generation And Want a Refund. – LeeAnn

“Dear Steve,

I signed up with Next Generation in April of this year, and have unfortunatly have pretty much figured out we have been scammed. I did try a couple of times to talk with someone there about concerns, & phone calls I was getting from creditors. I was always told the would submit a claim, & someone would call. Of course they never did. We now have two accounts have gone to an attorney.

I did call & cancell any further business with them, but am concernd we will not see our money back. They have $2,400. of our money. The last time I spoke with them, on 11/18/11 they said they would put in a refund request. It would take up to 30 days for the refund . They only contact number I have for them is 1-877-807-0312, that is their ” call center”.

In your section about reporting a scam, you ask to send you any papers or info we can. I went into my husbands email ( thats who they sent info to ) to try to send the “contract” to you, but can’t the info to “send”. I’m not a computer whiz, so I’m not sure what I can do to get you all the info you need to see if you can help. The only thing I may be able to do is scan them into my computer & then send them to you.

I think if you follow my refund guide you can make some progress. Just make sure you follow all the steps and document everything you do.
